Our client based in Maidenhead is an international leading manufacturer and supplier of movable wall and sliding partition solutions. They are looking for an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join their busy team.

A full UK driving license is essential as you are expected to travel to all sites throughout the UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting Architects and Contractors frequently to identify potential upcoming projects
  • Estimating costs and producing quotes for projects
  • Understanding full details of project requirements from design drawings
  • Product to project coordination
  • Take offs from drawings
  • Arranging deliveries to projects
  • Cost control of the different projects

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous construction or interior fit out experience (essential)
  • Experience in take off from drawings
  • Site experience (essential)
  • IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
