Office Administrator – £22-27K

Our client based in Maidenhead is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Administrator. Working from their Maidenhead office, you will be reporting directly to the Office & Accounts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capably dealing with high-net-worth existing customers and potential new customers face to face, by telephone and by email, with their enquiries, within a busy office
  • Helping administrate and co-ordinate busy online auctions with a worldwide reach
  • Maintaining and ensuring a superb level of customer service
  • Liaising with and supporting our highly skilled team of Valuers and Auctioneers

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Exceptional levels of customer service experience
  • Extremely capable at multi-tasking
  • Previous office and administration experience
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy is essential.

Salary: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year dependant on experience
