Office Administrator – £21-23K

Our client based in Maidenhead is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the role holder will assist in running the fast-paced, busy office on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate will be first point of contact on the phone and face-to-face, answering queries, assisting customers and providing general administrative and secretarial support.

 

Skills/Experience:

  • Previous office and administration experience is essential
  • Excellent computer literacy is essential
  • Exceptional levels of customer care
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
