Office Administrator – £21-23K
Our client based in Maidenhead is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the role holder will assist in running the fast-paced, busy office on a day-to-day basis.
The ideal candidate will be first point of contact on the phone and face-to-face, answering queries, assisting customers and providing general administrative and secretarial support.
- Previous office and administration experience is essential
- Excellent computer literacy is essential
- Exceptional levels of customer care
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
