Office Admin/Reception – £11-12ph

Our client within the film and TV industry are currently looking for 2 part-time Office Administrators to job share within their busy and dynamic team.

The part-time shifts available are:

  • Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 1.30pm

OR

  • Monday – Friday, 1.30pm – 4.30pm

OR

  • 2-3 days a week, 9.00am – 4.30pm

Duties:

  • Support and manage reception
  • Health & Safety
  • Answering calls
  • Attending meet and greets
  • Inventory support
  • Stock control
  • Taking deliveries
  • Ordering stationary & office supplies
  • General office administration

Experience/Skills:

  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
  • Previous experience with inventory
  • Proactive approach to work and learning
  • Confident and approachable personality
