Customer Service Order Processor up to £11.43 per hour

Our client based in High Wycombe are looking for a Customer Service Order Processor to join their team for a temporary period of 6 months possibly longer.

Customer Service Order Processor role holder will provide overall support to internal and external customers and will also be liaising with suppliers and handling customer queries.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working within a Customer Service environment
  • Experience of handling calls
  • Good communication skills with external and internal customers
  • Computer literate
  • Customer relations skills
  • Time management
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Experience of Salesforce and Latis would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers in regards to the progress of their orders
  • Dealing general customer order enquiries and also returns
  • Processing orders within the set timescale onto the system
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Liaising with suppliers in regarding to quotations and delivery times of orders
  • Taking telephone calls in line with the company protocols
  • Taking messages and forwarding them onto the relevant department/person
