Customer Service Executive – £23-25K

Our client, an international courier company, are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their Customer Service Team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role holder will respond to all the enquiries and demands of all company customers and offices in a pro-active, efficient and helpful manner, in accordance with agreed company protocols and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service on every enquiry
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • Manage call handling times
  • Recognise and manage assertive customer calls
  • Promote teamwork and Customer Service success
  • Organise and prioritise workload
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of all aspects of departmental operations
  • Demonstrate effective oral and written communications with Customers, other offices and any third parties
  • Follow departmental standard operating procedures
