Our client an international mailing company is looking for a Customer Services Adviser to join their team and look after all their client’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering queries from clients
  • Arranging collections
  • Quoting clients tariffs
  • Tracking and tracing deliveries
  • Transferring calls to relevant departments

Key Qualifications:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • At least 6 months customer services experience
  • Previous Courier experience (essential)
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
