Our client, a fast and dynamic organisation based in Windsor, is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team and be responsible for handling cases from instruction to delivery, completing all administration and a high standard of customer service.

They are looking for a bright individual who is committed to providing the highest standard of customer service and is keen to build their career and boost their personal development. They will consider a first jobber, straight from school or someone with limited work experience.

Salary will increase to £17k after 6 months training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging medical appointments
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Scanning documents onto the system
  • Chasing and uploading reports and blood tests
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • General admin duties

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Maths + English Language – Grade C or above minimum)
