Permanent Registration

If you are looking for permanent work we will be delighted to meet you, register your details on our database and have a chat regarding the type of work you are looking for and your salary, notice period and aspirations etc.

Many people in this current market don’t feel they have to register with agencies anymore as frequently they are put forward for permanent positions straight from the internet. We feel that in order to place you in the right job we need to meet you and get to know you. During the registration process we will go through your CV in great detail and with your help fill in the gaps. That means find out why you chose your career path, what you most enjoy about your job, what changes you would like to make and how to go about making those changes.

Your CV is an essential part of your job application but the CV can only tell the employer so much. After meeting you we will know so much more about you as a person, as a potential employee and how you would fit in to their company. We need to know your likes and dislikes in the work place and your ambitions. We need to know exactly what sort of job you would like to move to and most of all we need to build a relationship with you whereby you know and trust us with your next career move. That is why the face to face registration is vital.

Registration Process

Registering for permanent work is quick and easy. All you have to do is send us your CV by email so that we have it on our system; and make an appointment. You will need to allow approximately 45 minutes for the entire registration process.

Our Permanent Consultant will give you an application form to complete which will give us more information about your skills, experience, salary requirements, notice period, areas where you would like to work etc. You will also complete a Health and Safety form and provide names, addresses and email addresses of employment references dating back the last 5 years.

During the interview our Permanent Consultant will go through your CV and discuss your skills and types of work you are interested in and how you want your career to progress. . This interview is invaluable for both parties as our Permanent Consultant will want to get to know you personally, your motives for moving jobs and your likes and dislikes so that we can confidently place you in the right role.
