Our client is an authorised dealer & distributor of construction equipment, power systems and material handling equipment. They have a presence in nine countries spread over three continents providing customers with comprehensive solutions backed by technical know-how, experience and in-depth knowledge of local markets.

They are looking for a Programme Co-Ordinator to join their team to support the Sales Effectiveness Team with on-going programmes and initiatives which include Salesforce Development Projects, and Sales Improvement Programmes.

The individual will be supporting the Sales Process Consultant in driving sales performance and sales initiatives through regular reporting and analysis of sales data.

Key Objectives

Project Support for all SE Programmes

  • Understand the concept and objective of projects
  • Use Project Management software to update project progress
  • Facilitate the creation and update of project plans
  • Host regular progress meetings throughout project and communicate to all team members and associated Teams
  • Ensure all deadlines are met
  • Reporting and analysing the usage of new tools and devising plans to improve results
  • Developing product user manuals and training for use during project delivery
  • Building strong relationships with Business Units to support their adoption with new tools
  • Use appropriate software to enable shared views for all members
  • Remote training sessions with Business Units
  • Tracking projects and ensuring information is received from stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Support the implementation of sales tools and behaviour change across the group via
  • Support the development of process maps, policies and procedures when implementing new tools or frameworks and when required by the change needs of the business
  • Reporting and analysis of Sales Performance


  • Create Reports & Dashboard on Salesforce as required for sales reporting as requested
  • Analyse report output and recommend areas for Business improvement
  • Regularly communicate with Group SE Teams activities and plans
  • Create Power Point Presentations detailing objectives, results and/or progress of current Projects
  • Support the Group Sales Effectiveness team with continued growth and development of sales and processes
  • Support sales incentives developed by Sales Effectiveness team
  • Provide admin support for Salesforce and report generation as directed
  • Create professional presentations and reports using Salesforce, Power Point, Excel and Word as requested
  • Send Chatter updates as and when requested
  • Support the monthly reporting and analysis of sales performance
  • Develop new or review current KPIs to improve sales
  • Identify training gaps / needs to boost salespeople competencies
  • Sales Improvement Programmes


  • Establish and formalize processes and procedures within the CoE (i.e.: PIP, President’s Club selection criteria, Sales Excellence Competitions, Sales Manager training and “TTT” initiatives)
  • Support the development of Sales Improvement Workshops – design, plan and implement
  • Support the execution and implementation of Training plans, Presidents’ Club and external programmes (i.e.: CAT Sales Career Development Plan)
