Order Management Administrator £23k-£25k

Our client, a publishing company that delivers personalised learning experiences that help students, parents, educators and professionals drive results, is looking for a Order Management Administrator to join their large Customer Service team in Maidenhead up until the end of May 2020. The role is paying between £23k – £25k dependant on experience.

The jobholder will be responsible for managing internal and external communications – received by telephone, email, fax, post or via the internet – accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requirements are identified and met.

This specific position will be focusing on the Middle East and Africa Market working closely with the Customer Services Team Leader in processing approximately 200- 300 enquiries and orders per day for their customers and internal functions.

Your contribution to the team will include:

  • Complex order processing and transactions using the Enterprise Resource Planning system and in accordance with service level targets.
  • Using Excel, provide administrative support for E-book billing.
  • Handling complex queries within the agreed service level targets.
  • Handle all inbound calls in a professional and timely manner, maximising resolution at first point of contact.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role would be preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience using MS Excel in a previous role.
  • An understanding of working with customers in international markets would be preferred.
  • Salesforce experience would be advantageous
