HR Administrator 12 Month FTC – £20.5k

Our client based in Maidenhead is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract and are looking for someone who is methodical, has a strong attention to detail and enjoys all aspects of office administration.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the jobholder will assist with HR administration and associated project work. They will have, ideally, worked with sensitive information and enjoy working as part of a team.

Occasional travel may be required within the UK and Europe, for which a valid passport is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • General HR administration, including recruitment and learning and development
  • Assisting with data cleansing and maintenance of HR records, both hard copy and electronic
  • Requesting data from staff and tracking the return of any outstanding information and documents
  • Assisting with the HRIS Project, as and when required
  • Supporting other HR projects, as required
  • Arranging meetings and appointments
  • Raising and receipting of purchase orders

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Working in an administrative capacity within a confidential environment
  • Navigating and updating a comprehensive data base
  • Working with Microsoft packages
  • Using an HR Information System Desirable
  • Working in an HR department
  • Using Cornerstone software
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • An intermediate level of computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Highly discrete and confidential
